1. Your agreement with DriveGT

By accepting these Terms when registering or purchasing, you enter an agreement with DriveGT Holdings Ltd. The plan description, term, total price and currency presented before your purchase form part of that agreement. Save a copy of these Terms and your order confirmation.

The Membership & Cancellation Policy, Content Policy, Garage & Vehicle Policy and AI & Valuation Policy explain the relevant parts of the service. They do not remove mandatory rights. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal-data processing; accepting a contract is not consent to optional advertising or cookies.

These revised Terms do not change the price already paid, shorten an existing paid membership, or retrospectively change a completed transaction. Where a material contractual amendment requires your agreement or notice, publishing a new date alone does not supply that agreement or notice.

2. What the platform provides

DriveGT provides tools for documenting current and previously owned cars, garage profiles, vehicle discovery, market intelligence, private offers and messages, ownership reminders, automotive editorial and eligible member posting. Access depends on the plan, current membership, permissions, supported device and the availability of the relevant feature.

Publicly visible garage and car content can be discovered by visitors outside the membership network. Private/member content is governed by its own settings. The word private in marketing describes controlled access and private communications; it does not mean every garage or photograph is automatically confidential.

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not sell, inspect, finance, transport or transfer title to members' vehicles and do not provide escrow for their transactions.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to register, purchase membership or use member features. Provide accurate identity, contact, country and, where relevant, business information. A person creating a business account must have authority to act for that business. Store age ratings do not change this membership requirement.

Keep your credentials secure, use your own account and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for conduct you authorize through your account; this does not make you responsible for a security failure caused by DriveGT. Do not impersonate people, create deceptive accounts or transfer paid access without our agreement.

Verification, approval, badges and membership status have the meaning shown in the feature. They are not guarantees of a person's honesty, legal ownership of a car, provenance, creditworthiness or the safety of a transaction.

4. Membership and feature limits

Car Collector Membership serves private owners and collectors. Professional Membership serves dealers and other automotive businesses and includes the sourcing, inventory and communication allowances presented with that plan. A Professional label does not by itself determine whether a particular purchase legally qualifies as a consumer purchase.

Allowances may cover cars, sale listings, new contacts, offers, generated photos and other usage. A shared contact allowance can apply to both a new conversation and an offer to a new person. Continuing an existing conversation follows the rules shown in the product. An allowance does not guarantee a response, new customer or completed sale.

Wingman invitations and gifted access follow the entitlement, eligibility, redemption deadline and term presented with the invitation. An invitation or follow relationship does not grant access to another person's private data or make them an agent of DriveGT. Do not sell invitations or use them for spam.

We may apply reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits to protect the service. We will not use an unrestricted right to change limits to withdraw a material purchased benefit without the notice and remedy required by law.

5. Prices, payment and renewal

Current prices are displayed on Membership and confirmed before payment. Pricing can differ by country, currency and plan; it is not necessarily an exchange-rate conversion of another region's price. Displayed membership prices include applicable VAT. The total payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, must be disclosed before you pay. The applicable tax treatment can depend on the purchaser and transaction, not solely on our UK registered office. Your bank or wallet may impose its own currency-conversion charges.

Current annual memberships use a one-time payment for a 365-day access term and do not automatically renew. Access activates after successful payment and the required account verification. Renewing manually is a new purchase at the price and currency then presented; previous payment amounts, invoices and paid terms are not rewritten.

Payments use the official DriveGT payment flow and Stripe. Apple Pay or Google Pay availability depends on the device, browser, card and provider; using those wallets is not the same as an App Store or Google Play in-app subscription. Downloading a free app does not include a paid DriveGT membership.

Cancellation, refunds, payment errors, expiry and statutory rights are explained in the Membership & Cancellation Policy. No charge for a recurring membership or optional extra may be imposed merely by changing this document.

6. Expiry, renewal and saved content

When the paid term expires, member features can be restricted until renewal. These include car editing, full discovery, Intelligence, member Activity, messaging, offers, Pre-Market and Moments. Limited public previews, sign-in and the billing/renewal flow remain available subject to account-security restrictions.

Expiry does not itself delete your saved cars or change their saved privacy choices. Cars belonging to an expired member are excluded from current public car discovery and delivery. Renewal restores eligible content under its saved approval and privacy settings.

Moments follow a separate audience model: a previously published Moment can remain visible to eligible readers after its author's membership expires, under the original audience and block rules. Expiry is not an instruction to delete that post. Contact support for privacy or deletion requests if paid editing is unavailable. Account deletion and statutory data rights are separate from membership renewal.

7. Garage and vehicle records

Only document a car you are entitled to represent. State current or previous ownership, sale availability, mileage, originality, condition, history and modifications honestly. Previously owned does not mean currently available for sale. Do not present borrowed photos, reference renders or generated images as proof of the actual car's condition.

The configurator can suggest a model, generation, trim, powertrain, factory specifications and applicable equipment. Review and correct the result for your car. Fitted, Not Fitted and Not Sure are member declarations; a suggested option, factory code or illustration is not a factory build sheet, VIN decode or inspection certificate.

Shared exact-car option knowledge is distinct from each member's equipment answers. Factory options, later OEM/dealer accessories and aftermarket changes should not be passed off as equivalent. A replica, tribute, tuner or screen-used declaration does not verify authenticity or provenance.

The Garage & Vehicle Policy explains public discovery, private valuations, ranking and safe member-to-member dealing.

8. AI, images and market intelligence

DriveGT uses automated and AI-assisted tools for vehicle search, specifications, options, illustrations, cinematic photos, market estimates and selected editorial. The AI & Valuation Policy explains their limitations. Results can be incomplete, outdated or wrong even when a source or confidence indicator is present.

Estimated values, country-market ranges, historical percentages, five-year projections, rarity and liquidity indicators are informational estimates. They are not guaranteed sale prices, verified transaction records, investment returns, financial advice, insurance values or professional appraisals.

Generated studio images and option illustrations depict a reference, not a photograph of your particular car or proof of fitted equipment. Cinematic tools alter imagery and can introduce visual inaccuracies. Inspect the output before sharing it and retain appropriate originals and records.

DriveGT employees check new cars added to the platform and valuations daily. That review is not a physical inspection, independent certification or guarantee that every suggested specification is correct. Any specific review deadline expressly presented for the purchased service remains part of its description; this qualification does not excuse failure to deliver a service actually promised.

9. Visibility, privacy and sharing

Garage, vehicle, valuation and Moments audiences are separate controls. Hiding a valuation can leave the car visible with Value Private. Temporarily masking prices on your screen is not the same as changing server-side privacy. Review the relevant settings before publishing or sharing a link.

Your username, chosen name, country, bio, photographs and permitted vehicle information may identify you. Do not put private contact information, bank details, addresses, identity documents or another person's private data into a public field. We cannot recall screenshots, downloads or copies made by people who already had access.

Sending a message or accepting an offer does not automatically authorize the other person to republish your private information. Platform staff may process data to provide support, investigate reports and enforce the rules as described in the Privacy Policy. Private does not mean end-to-end encrypted.

10. Moments and automotive editorial

Eligible members can publish Moments with the supported media and an audience of Only Me, Followers or Moments Members. Moments is not a signed-out public feed. It is currently a desktop feature; mobile can display selected editorial through The Street without providing the full Moments publishing experience.

Tags do not override the tagged person's or car's access rules and do not establish ownership, consent or endorsement. Moment Respect and Save identities are visible to the author and the authorized Architect administrator, rather than publicly displayed to other members. Replies to member Moments use private messaging; supported editorial replies are visible inside the eligible Moments audience.

Editorial publishing profiles, including DriveGT Journalist profiles, are platform publishing identities. Assisted stories, summaries and generated illustrations must not be treated as independent verification of an event or a car. External sources retain their own rights. Follow the Content Policy when posting, tagging, replying or using source material.

11. Messages, offers and vehicle transactions

Messages and offers depend on current account eligibility, recipient permissions, blocks, existing contact relationships, quotas and cooldowns. A follow or paid membership does not entitle you to contact someone against their settings. Do not spam, harass, pressure or mislead recipients.

Being open to offers, a sell signal, a counter-offer or an accepted platform offer does not certify availability or record a completed sale. Members must agree the actual sale contract and independently verify identity, authority, vehicle condition, title, funds, taxes, import rules and delivery arrangements.

DriveGT is not a party to the resulting vehicle contract, does not hold deposits and does not guarantee either participant's performance. Member sellers and professional traders remain responsible for laws and consumer protections that apply to their own transactions. The platform does not waive rights a buyer has against a seller or rights arising from DriveGT's own conduct.

Official membership payments are separate from vehicle payments. Treat unsolicited claims of a DriveGT escrow, shipping agent or release fee as suspicious and contact info@drivegt.com.

12. Discovery, statistics and reminders

Discovery can filter and rank eligible cars or garages using privacy, approval, completeness, owner eligibility, recency, category, country variety, estimated value and fair rotation. Rankings can change on refresh. A featured position is not a vehicle endorsement and membership does not guarantee placement or a number of views.

Views, shares, respects, saves, searches and weekly activity figures describe recorded platform events under the feature's counting rules. They can be grouped, delayed or incomplete; a share action does not prove that a recipient opened the link, and an external view does not identify a prospective buyer.

Reminders and notification preferences help with servicing, inspections, insurance and ownership deadlines. Delivery depends on permissions, connectivity, email/push providers and accurate dates. You remain responsible for complying with actual deadlines; do not use a notification as the sole legal or safety record. Check event details with the organizer before booking or travelling.

13. Your content and our operating licence

You retain the rights you have in the content you submit. Give us and the service providers acting for us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, deliver and technically adapt it as necessary to provide the requested features, including cropping, transcoding, thumbnails and AI transformations you request.

For cars you deliberately make publicly visible, the licence also permits featuring their public car media in posts on DriveGT's official Facebook and Instagram pages to promote the platform and community. New promotional use must respect current visibility and must exclude members' full names, email addresses, private valuations, private documents and private equipment answers. Hidden cars, private messages and Only Me Moments are excluded. The licence does not provide a general model or publicity release or rights you do not own; additional permissions must be obtained where needed.

If you hide or remove a car, it is no longer eligible for new promotional use. Email info@drivegt.com to request removal from DriveGT-controlled promotional posts. We can remove our own posts but cannot promise to recall independent copies, reshares or separately retained external-provider records.

The operating licence ends for content removed from the service when the operational copies are removed, except for copies that must lawfully be kept for security, claims, accounting or backup purposes. Shared non-personal catalog facts and reference assets can remain; other people's lawful copies and independently owned material are unaffected.

You must have the necessary copyright, music, image, privacy and other rights to submit and share content. Do not upload stolen media, confidential documents or another person's likeness for a deceptive generation. Generated outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright.

14. Platform intellectual property

DriveGT's software, interface, branding and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to us. Your membership gives you a limited right to use the permitted features, not ownership of our software or a right to resell the database, market intelligence or other members' content.

Manufacturer names, badges, models, venue names and third-party marks identify the relevant subject. Their appearance does not imply that the brand, manufacturer, venue, journalist or rights holder sponsors, certifies or endorses DriveGT. Respect the rights and source credits attached to third-party material.

15. Acceptable use and security

Use DriveGT lawfully and follow the Content Policy. Do not commit fraud, impersonate people, manipulate engagement or values, forge provenance, distribute malware, evade access controls or scrape restricted content. Do not use another person's credentials or circumvent membership, rate, media or privacy restrictions.

Do not resell personal information or use it for unsolicited marketing. Automated extraction, bulk copying and unauthorized integrations are prohibited except where we have authorized them or applicable law gives a right that cannot be restricted.

Report a suspected security problem privately to info@drivegt.com without downloading other members' records, disrupting the service or exposing secrets. We do not promise a reward or authorize access beyond your own account merely because you report a vulnerability.

16. Reporting, moderation and review

Report unlawful content, infringement, abuse or suspected fraud using the available report control or info@drivegt.com. The Content Policy explains the information to include and how to request review. You can report a problem without paying or renewing.

We can restrict distribution, remove content, limit interactions or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate or address illegal content, credible security risks, serious abuse or a material breach. We may preserve relevant evidence and comply with lawful requests.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain an adverse action and allow you to challenge an error. Urgent protective action can precede notice; disclosure can be limited to protect another person, an investigation or the law. We do not guarantee that every piece of content is checked before it appears, and retain our own applicable legal responsibilities.

17. Apps, devices and third parties

The mobile apps provide access to DriveGT's web services through supported device experiences. App Store or Google Play distribution, operating-system permissions and any applicable store software licence are separate from this platform membership agreement. A store listing or download does not guarantee every desktop feature is available on that device.

Use the app on devices you lawfully own or control under the relevant store usage rules. Store terms, Apple's applicable standard or separately presented app licence, Google Play terms and third-party open-source licences continue to apply. These Terms do not appoint Apple or Google as a party to private vehicle deals or authorize an unannounced store subscription.

Camera, microphone, photo selection, location, push and sharing permissions depend on the feature and device. Refusing an optional permission can prevent that feature but does not consent to other processing. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or request a refund; see Security & Data Deletion.

External websites, organizers, payment providers and shared apps have their own terms and privacy notices. Use independent judgement before opening links or sharing information. We are responsible for our own service and choices, not every independent third party's conduct.

18. Availability and changes to the service

We maintain the platform and can make changes for security, legal compliance, reliability, provider compatibility and product improvements. Internet services can experience outages and cannot support every device or obsolete app version indefinitely. Install available security updates and keep an independent copy of important documents.

For changes that materially reduce an agreed paid service, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and the cancellation or refund remedy required by law. Urgent security or legal changes can be made sooner. This is not a right to abandon an unexpired paid membership without a lawful remedy.

AI, media conversion and external data can be delayed or unavailable. We do not promise continuous live market data, a guaranteed return, uninterrupted notifications or a completed car transaction. Specific promises made as part of your purchase and mandatory service standards remain binding.

19. Consumer rights and responsibility for loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory data-protection responsibilities, or another liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, loss you could have reasonably avoided, or business loss from a consumer's personal use, subject to mandatory law.

We do not guarantee a member's statements, a vehicle's condition or a market outcome. These limitations do not exclude loss for which DriveGT is legally responsible, including our own misleading statements or failures. Mandatory rights to conforming digital content/services, repair, repeat performance, a price reduction, cancellation or damages remain available where applicable.

20. Business accounts

This section applies only where you use or purchase the service in the course of a trade or business. Subject to the liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited in section 19, we exclude indirect or consequential business loss and lost profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings and business opportunities. Our aggregate liability connected with the platform agreement is limited to the DriveGT membership fees paid by that business for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

A business is responsible for its own listings, tax, advertising, trading authority, consumer disclosures and vehicle contracts. It must reimburse our reasonable direct costs of a substantiated third-party claim caused by its unlawful content or material breach, to the extent attributable to that business, not to DriveGT's own fault. We will give prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to participate in the response; we will not impose an unapproved admission or settlement on it.

This business provision does not apply merely because an account label says Professional if the person is legally acting as a consumer.

21. Closing or restricting an account

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Deleting an account is different from cancelling a paid contract or claiming a refund. Save information you need before confirming permanent deletion; retained legal records and independent copies are explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict access for expiry, non-payment, fraud, legal requirements, serious security concerns or a material breach. Mere inactivity is not a blanket right to confiscate a paid term. For ordinary remediable breaches, we will normally give a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem; immediate action can be necessary for serious or urgent risks.

If we end an unexpired paid service for reasons other than your material breach, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy required by law. If termination follows your breach, any deduction or refusal of refund must still be lawful and proportionate.

22. Changes to these documents

We can update these documents for changes to law, security, providers and the features described. The date identifies the published revision. Material contractual changes require appropriate advance notice, acceptance or an available cancellation remedy, as applicable; they do not automatically rewrite completed purchases.

A new Privacy Policy explains actual current processing; it is not consent to a new optional purpose. Where processing needs consent, we must obtain it separately. You can contact us for the terms relevant to your purchase.

23. Governing law and resolving disputes

Contact info@drivegt.com with the account or order reference, issue and remedy you request. We will investigate a complaint and respond appropriately. Reporting, privacy requests and statutory cancellation do not require a new membership payment.

The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence and any right to bring proceedings in their local courts. We do not require a consumer to waive those rights, submit to mandatory arbitration or abandon a statutory remedy.

For business disputes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law. No mandatory arbitration or external dispute-resolution scheme is created by these Terms. A legally ineffective provision is limited or removed only to the necessary extent; the remaining lawful provisions continue.
