1. Check the live price before purchasing

The current EUR reference prices reviewed on 13 October 2026 are €899 for an annual Car Collector Membership and €1,900 for an annual Professional Membership. These are dated EUR references, not a universal price or a promise that another currency is a conversion of them. See Membership for the current offer applicable to your country and currency.

Displayed membership prices include applicable VAT. The selected plan, full term, currency and total payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, must be shown before payment. The applicable tax treatment can depend on the purchaser and transaction, not solely on our UK registered office. Check the amount at checkout and stop if it does not match the offer you intended to buy. No currency rate displayed beside a car valuation sets your membership price.

The price paid for an existing purchase and its paid access period remain unchanged when a new offer is introduced. Historical billing records show the original payment, not today's price.

2. One-time payment and activation

Current annual memberships are a one-time payment for 365 days and do not automatically renew. Access starts after successful payment and the required account verification. Your billing record shows the actual activation and expiry dates.

The official flow uses Stripe; supported cards and Apple Pay/Google Pay depend on the payment provider and your device. We do not require payment to another member, a bank account supplied in a private vehicle conversation, or an alleged DriveGT escrow agent to activate membership.

A free app download, an incomplete registration, a verification email or an uncompleted checkout does not constitute a paid membership. An expired payment link requires the current recovery/checkout flow, not a revived promise of its old price. Unpaid self-service registration accounts normally expire after 30 days under the account-retention rules.

3. Manual renewal and expiry

There is no automatic renewal charge for the current one-time annual offer. You choose whether to purchase another term. A renewal uses the amount, currency, term and applicable conditions shown before that new payment.

When membership expires, paid features are restricted. Saved cars are retained under their saved settings and can become eligible again on renewal. Cars belonging to expired owners are excluded from current public car discovery. Existing Moments may remain available to their eligible audience; expiry is not post deletion.

Billing history and the renewal/sign-in flow remain available, subject to account-security restrictions. Privacy, support, cancellation and deletion requests do not depend on renewing. A future recurring offer would require a separate clear disclosure and agreement before any recurring charge.

4. Statutory cooling-off rights

If you purchase online as a UK or EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the membership contract to cancel without giving a reason. Other mandatory local rights, and any lawful extension when required information was not supplied, remain available.

Simply logging in, using a feature, downloading the app or ticking a general Terms checkbox does not automatically waive the right to cancel an ongoing membership service. Starting a service during a cooling-off period requires the applicable express request and disclosures. A deduction for service already supplied is only made when legally permitted and proportionate; if the legal conditions are not met, that deduction is not made.

A service cancellation right can end on full performance only where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied. The separate rules for immediate supply of digital content require specific prior consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; they are not a blanket waiver of an uncompleted annual membership.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Email info@drivegt.com from your account address or use Contact DriveGT. State that you wish to cancel, give your name or username and purchase reference/date if available. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not need to delete your account or use a particular form. Send it before the applicable cancellation deadline.

If you cannot access your account, you can still contact support. We may ask for proportionate information to locate the payment or verify authority; never send a password, complete card number or identity document in an unsolicited message.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit, normally 14 days after being informed. We use the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost, subject to legally permitted deductions. A bank or wallet can take additional time to display the credit.

For a purchase actually made through an app store, use that store's purchase/refund process as applicable. Apple Pay and Google Pay payments through Stripe are wallet payments, not store purchases. Store procedures cannot remove applicable statutory rights.

6. Optional cancellation statement

You may copy the following statement into an email or send it by post. It is optional and is not a prerequisite for cancellation.

To: DriveGT Holdings Ltd., 30 Churchill Pl, Canary Wharf Estate, London, England, E14 5RE; info@drivegt.com.

I/We give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the following DriveGT membership service: [plan or order reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Consumer name(s): [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature(s): [only if sent on paper].

7. Optional three-month term and service problems

If you request cancellation within the first 14 days of concluding an annual membership contract, you can choose a voluntary alternative: convert your purchased membership to a three-month access term for €200, including applicable VAT, and receive the balance of the original payment back. The three-month term is counted from your original membership activation date. Contact info@drivegt.com; we confirm the plan, exact expiry date, retained price and refund in writing before you expressly accept the alternative.

The €200 amount describes the EUR offer. If you paid in another currency, ask support for a clearly stated price and refund in your original payment currency before deciding; this is not an automatic exchange-rate charge. We do not take another payment merely because you ask about the offer.

This is optional and is not a mandatory cancellation fee, a non-refundable valuation charge or the sole route to a refund. It is never imposed because you logged in, added a car or saw a valuation. You can instead use the statutory cancellation route above, with only legally permitted deductions for service already supplied. Accepting the alternative does not remove applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies for service problems.

Mandatory rights concerning incorrect charges, services not supplied as agreed, reasonable care and skill, and faulty or misdescribed digital content/services are separate from cooling-off rights. Report the problem and requested remedy to info@drivegt.com. A plan label, disclaimer or account deletion does not erase those rights.

Outside statutory rights and a specific written offer, there is no general promise of a refund for changing your mind after the cancellation period, choosing not to use the service, market-value changes, an unsuccessful vehicle offer or an expired unused term. Any voluntary remedy must not be described as replacing a legal entitlement.

If DriveGT ends an unexpired paid service without your material breach, an appropriate unused-term refund or other lawful remedy applies. Any deduction following your breach must be lawful and proportionate.

8. Membership, privacy and account deletion are separate

Stopping use or uninstalling the app does not automatically request a refund. Deleting an account removes access to that account and is not, by itself, a request to cancel a purchase. Contact support first if you need a refund or copies of invoices.

A rights or deletion request can be made at any time regardless of membership status. The Security & Data Deletion page explains the self-service and support routes and the distinction between removal from the service and limited records retained for legal purposes.
